Suggested Features - Increase text size

I am now working on a feature that will allowing users to change the text size. This is being done on the branch Implement_User_Organization which can be followed on GitHub. I commit every time major changes are made so anyone interested can see how this code is developing. I have gotten to the point of creating a text size changer for ordinances. I am next going to allow this change to be stored into permanent memory so users won't have to change text size every time they go into the application.
